Toronto Arrows Finalizing Off-Field Business

We are only one week away from the Toronto Arrows kicking off their inaugural MLR season when they take on the NOLA Gold on January 26th and now we have a place to watch it. The Toronto Arrows have announced that Game TV will be their official broadcast partner. Beginning with the season opener against NOLA, Game TV will broadcast all 16 Arrows regular season games as well as playoff games.

Game TV is very familiar to Torontonian rugby fans. The Toronto Wolfpack have been partnered with Game TV since their inaugural season in 2017. Game TV is available as part of many Canadians’ basic cable package. If you want to know what channel Game TV is with your provider, the Arrows added a link to Game TV’s Where to Watch page in their official press release.

April 7th, 2019 could be a great binge watching day for rugby fans. The Toronto Wolfpack take on the Sheffield Eagles and the Toronto Arrows welcome NOLA Gold to Toronto for the first ever MLR game north of the border. This is the only time all year where the Wolfpack and Arrows will play on the same day.

The Arrows new ticketing website is now live and season tickets also went on sale on Thursday. You can now purchase season ticket packages and view the dates for all Arrows home games. Single game tickets will go on sale on February 18, 2019. The Arrows are offering 2 types of season ticket packages; the Standard package will get you one ticket to every Arrows home game and will cost $200, the VIP Tent package includes 12 tickets to every Arrows home game. Ticket holders will have access to the tents behind each try zone and VIP Tent season ticket holders will have access to “complete food, drink, and hospitality services” at the games. The VIP Tent package will cost $12,000. Based on the package coming with 12 tickets the VIP Tent package works out to $1000 per person. However, the Arrows are only making 8 VIP Tent packages available for their opening season so the supply is limited.

The Arrows finalizing ticket packages and television deals means we are one step closer to the start of their first MLR season. The countdown is on, only one week to go!
